International students are encouraged to apply to the Honors College at the same time as applying online to Washington State University using the online CollegeNET application system.
The priority application deadline for the Honors College is January 31; applications submitted after that will be considered on a space-available basis. January 31 is also the university deadline for scholarship applications.
