I love dance. It’s the combination of movement, strength and music coming together, beautifully. I see choreography as a form of “creative problem solving”. That is a strength and passion I have applied in every role, job, position, and company I’ve been privileged to be a part of.

Currently, as Senior Director for Operations in Microsoft’s Quantum Computing Program, my role is to create friction-less business operations so our engineers and physicists can do their best work! Microsoft takes a comprehensive approach to delivering all the technology needed to enable commercial impact with quantum—encompassing everything from development to deployment.

Previously, my roles at Microsoft have run the gamut from IT audit management, governance, risk & compliance (GRC) for topics from security & privacy to accessibility & online safety, learning & development for software engineers, and chief of staff roles supporting hardware systems for Azure.

Prior to joining Microsoft, I worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers helping clients implement security and doing the occasional financial audit.

In my spare time I’m an avid golfer, occasional skier, serve on the Founding Board of the Information School at the University of Washington, and am an avid supporter of Washington State University’s Honors College. Go Cougs!
