Mindfulness Experience Offered in the Honors College
The Honors College invites students and moms to join us for a guided mindfulness experience. Led by Dr. Lydia Gerber, the mindfulness experience will help you feel connected to your student/parent as you practice gentle movement and deep breathing. No experience is necessary. Please bring your own mat if available; a limited number of mats will be provided.
