PULLMAN, Wash. – Speaking on topics ranging from caterpillars to perspectives on study abroad, six students in the Washington State University Honors College will travel April 10-12 to Arizona to present at the 35th annual conference of the Western Regional Honors Council (WRHC).

A  professional organization of faculty, administrators, and students dedicated to the promotion and advancement of undergraduate honors education, WRHC’s members are from about 125 member universities in Washington, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming.

“We are very pleased that some of our finest student scholars will be representing WSU at the national conference,” says Libby Walker, WSU Honors College interim dean.  “The subjects of their presentations are fascinating and will indicate to our peer institutions the outstanding quality of our students and their research.”
