This documentary by Pakistani filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy won the 2016 Academy Award for Best Short Documentary, her second award in that category. Laci Green on Taking Down Rape Culture
Laci Green was named one of the 30 most influential people on the internet by Time in 2016. A feminist activist, she has a talent for explaining difficult subjects in a straightforward and disarming way.
