Honors College student Jared S. Brickman spent fall 2010 traveling three oceans and visiting 12 countries on four continents. Packaged as a Semester At Sea study abroad experience, the 109-day adventure proved a turning point for the (then) junior from Baker City, Oreg. Three Honors Student-Athletes Are Selected for the All Pac-12 Academic Team

In spring 2012, Honors College students Brianne Gould, Erin Ranney, and Emily Farrar earned All Pac-12 Academic Team honors.

To be eligible for the All Pac-12 Academic Team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average (GPA), take part in at least 50 percent of competitions, be a starter or significant contributor, and be in his or her second academic year at the institution. There are three categories of the All Pac-12 Academic Team: first-team, second-team, and honorable mention. PULLMAN, Wash. – Julian Reyes (’10, Civil Engineering and Honors), has received an award with the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP).

The oldest graduate fellowship of its kind, the GRFP has a long-held history of high-achieving recipients.
